WASHINGTON IS ABOUT TO CUT $4 BILLION IN FUNDING FOR SAFETY NET HOSPITALS

Washington is planning to cut $4 billion in funding for our nation’s already struggling safety-net hospitals. These cuts mean services will be cut back and care will be threatened. Seniors, children, low-income families and people with disabilities will suffer the most. In fact, these cuts are so huge that some hospitals won’t be able to keep their doors open. We need you to stand up to protect safety-net hospitals in your state. Call your Senator before it’s too late and tell them to stop the $4 billion in Medicaid cuts to safety-net hospitals.
